It all starts with a safety assessment. We come and visit (some of) your location (s) and will kick the tires. We'll spent time with your senior leaders, but also with your folks that actually make the product; shifleaders, operators, maintenance technicians and safety personnel. It will take us a few days to figure out what the problem is. After the assessment we will will let you know what the key issues are and how to fix them.

Our services include assessments and improvements in safety culture, management systems, leadership behaviors, and training in tools like Scenario Based Auditing and the Bow Tie Model. These assessments take anywhere from 3 days to a week per site. For multiple sites in multiple regions we will build a tailored plan to get a good view of regional challenges.
