'De Reiger en de Spin' is dutch and means 'The Heron and the Spider'. This is how you 'kinda' pronounce it: "De Ryegur ann the Spinn".

So why did we pick these animals as our company name and why of all languages did we keep it in almost unpronounceable dutch?

It's all symbolic:
